The recklessness of Rostfrei steels private limited leading
to bad services and products
Rostfrei steels Private Limited - GLS Tanks| On 29 December 2018, I had purchased a GLS tank from Rostfrei steels Private Limited Company worth 300000 INR. The product seemed
good and perfect in texture while placing the order.
The tank was scheduled to be delivered by 3rd March 2019. However, it was delivered on 6th February 2019 after
contacting the company several times to track the shipment.
We installed the GLS tanks on our terrace on
the very next day of delivery. To my shock, the GLS tanks started leaking from its edges
when we poured water into it. It is quite disgusting to get low-quality
products from the house of such trustworthy private limited companies which are
ought to keep up the consumer expectations high.
The company Cheated the consumers through
its brand name. This incident highly attributes to the use of low-grade inputs
used in the production process. On having a close look at the water tank, I
found that the nuts and bolts were on the verge of rusting implying that the
galvanization was not even proper.
Since the company did not pay heed to my grievance,
I had to step to the District Forum, one of the three tiers of the Indian consumer a protection system to address my complaint.
The District Forum carried out a detailed
investigation of the incident, matching the product quality with national
standards.
How to make this type of company fool. I am very disappointed by Rostfrei steels private limited. Please don't buy any products from Rostfrei Steel Pvt Ltd.
